Hadley's registry of deeds recorded 15 filings in October, but only eight represented actual property transfers, and just two carried a sale price: $64,615 for 5 Mount Warner Road and $200,000 for 11 Sunrise Drive, the month's highest-priced transaction.
Hadley's registry of deeds recorded 15 filings in October, but only eight represented actual property transfers, and just two carried a sale price: $64,615 for 5 Mount Warner Road and $200,000 for 11 Sunrise Drive, the month's highest-priced transaction.
