The period's top transaction was 156 River Drive at $880,000, recorded July 10. All four disclosed-price sales list a bank or mortgage entity as buyer, and two other filings show the Town of Hadley acquiring property. With most entries lacking price data and no repeat activity on any single street, the available figures offer only a partial view of the month's market.
