Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 15 Hadley property filings between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only four carried a sale price by the time records were compiled. Prices ranged from $25,000 to $701,500, with a median of $100,000 among the priced sales. The period's top transaction was a $701,500 transfer of an unspecified Hadley property from JMT Management LLC to Lion Rock Holdings LLC. Nine of the 12 actual property transfers involved a bank, credit union or mortgage company as buyer or seller. With most prices still pending and lenders a frequent party to the transfers, the data does not point clearly to either a buyer's or seller's market this period.
