Hadley Records 12 Property Transfers, Just Three With Prices So Far
Hadley's registry of deeds recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only three carried a sale price as of this report: $87,500, $175,000 and $399,000, a median of $175,000. The top transaction was 358 River Dr., which sold for $399,000 to Florence Bank. Nine of the 12 transfers still lack recorded prices, a normal lag in registry data rather than a sign of undisclosed terms. The period also included two municipal acquisitions by the town of Hadley, several transfers to financial institutions, and at least two transactions consistent with trust or estate transfers within the same family. Limited pricing data makes it difficult to characterize overall market conditions this period.
