Hadley records 13 deeds in late-summer period, but few sale prices disclosed
Hadley recorded 13 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only two included a disclosed sale price: $198,000 for 51 Huntington Rd and $250,000 for 196 Rocky Hill Rd, the period's top sale, putting the median at $224,000. The remaining 11 transactions, including a Town of Hadley acquisition, several bank-related deeds and multiple trust or family transfers, carried no disclosed price, which is typical for deed records. No street had more than one recorded transfer. With pricing data limited to two transactions, the count alone points to steady but not extraordinary deed-recording activity in Hadley this period.
