Hadley sees 14 property transfers in October, but most sale prices remain unrecorded

Hadley recorded 14 property transfers from Sept. 25 to Oct. 24, but only three deeds listed a sale price so far, ranging from $40,000 to $3,750,000 with a median of $200,000 among those three.

Hadley recorded 14 property transfers from Sept. 25 to Oct. 24, but only three deeds listed a sale price so far, ranging from $40,000 to $3,750,000 with a median of $200,000 among those three. The period's top transaction was the University of Massachusetts Building Authority's $3.75 million purchase of 100 Venture Way from Research Park LP. Huntington, Middle and Russell streets each saw two transfers. Several deals involved lenders, credit unions or within-family transfers. With 11 of 14 sales still missing price data, the dataset does not yet support a clear read on overall market tone.
