Just one of five Hadley deeds recorded last month included a disclosed sale price
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds records show five property transactions recorded in Hadley between July 17 and August 15. Only one, 11 Crestview Drive, included a disclosed sale price, $331,200, making that figure both the range and the median for the period. The other four recorded transfers, on Bay Road, Russell Street, and two on Comins Road, did not disclose a price and included lender, lien, and tax-related filings rather than conventional buyer-seller sales. With only one priced transaction, the data does not support a characterization of market tone this period.
