Hadley Deed Filings Show Just 2 of 12 Property Transfers With Prices Recorded So Far
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 Hadley property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only two have a posted sale price so far: $25,000 at 6 Norwottuck Dr and $50,000 at 41 Old Mountain Rd, for a median of $37,500 based on those two records. Notably, both priced transfers went to a bank or credit union rather than an individual buyer, so they may not reflect typical resale values. Price data for the other 10 transfers has not yet posted, which is normal and usually appears within about a week. Several of the period's transfers involved banks, mortgage companies or family/trust transfers rather than conventional buyer-seller sales, so overall market tone cannot be assessed from this data alone.
