Hadley Records 17 Property Transfers in July, Led by $1.13 Million Sale
Hadley recorded 17 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only four disclosed a sale price, ranging from $60,000 to $1,130,000, with a median of $325,867 among those four. The month's top sale was 12 Crystal Lane at $1,130,000, sold by John D. and Laurin N. Castoldi to Luqi Li and Junsi Yang. The data also showed three properties transferred to the Town of Hadley, two Greenleaves Drive transfers recorded as exemption certificates, and two estate-related filings on Stockbridge Street and Hockanum Road. With most prices undisclosed, the available data does not support a clear read on overall market tone.
